Cristina Torbellina

Guest of honor at the II Festival of Female Cartoonists in Damanhour, representing Spanish artistic talent in Egypt. During the event, I led specialized workshops and conducted live caricature sessions at cultural venues in Damanhour and Alexandria. This international experience allowed me to adapt my visual language to a different culture, demonstrating the universality of caricature and my ability to communicate through drawing.

Distinguished participation in one of Europe's most prestigious caricature festivals, where I won the Audience Award for my caricature of Amy Winehouse. This award is particularly significant as it recognizes the direct connection of my style with the audience and my ability to capture the character's psychology with a quick, professional stroke full of personality in a highly competitive international environment.

Asphalting mural intervention commissioned by the Palma City Council. The project took place in a pedestrianized area during the 2020 pandemic, in front of the CEIP Felip Bauçà school, with the aim of transforming the urban space into a more humane and creative place for children. The impact of the work was such that the area has been officially renamed 'Plaça del Mural', becoming a benchmark for tactical urbanism and artistic expression in the city.
