Cashew Nut Poster Data analysis and infographic

Commissioned by the Italian Organization for International Cooperation COOPI and its office in Sierra Leone, I created an infographic illustrating the global cashew nut market and its significance in Africa.
This infographic highlights the pros and cons of trade and the journey of the fruit: 50% of production originates from Africa, followed by processing in Vietnam and India before reaching Europe and the USA.
The project involved extensive graphic research:
- Analysis of the cashew nut's shape and components
- Research on processing steps, tools, and machinery used
- Visualization of the people and processes involved
