With over 5 years of experience as a Brand Manager, Product & Project Manager, I have worked within large groups (L'Oréal Luxe, Procter & Gamble, Nocibé) as well as in more agile structures (Black Up Paris, Kwely). These varied environments have allowed me to develop a strong adaptability, a synthetic mind, and excellent coordination skills.

Project management is at the core of my expertise: I coordinate multidisciplinary teams (marketing, R&D, purchasing, quality, regulatory, design agencies, suppliers) to ensure the smooth running of projects within deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

A specialist in packaging, I am involved at every stage of the development cycle:

• Creative: development of briefs, design monitoring, creation of visual identities consistent with the brand,

• Technical: feasibility study, compatibility with formulas, industrial monitoring, final artwork approval,

• Operational: supplier coordination, regulatory compliance, cost optimization, schedule monitoring, and unforeseen event management.

Passionate about branding and product innovation, I have supported the development of over 20 brands (cosmetics, food, health) in their brand strategies, positioning, and deployment across physical and digital channels.
