Research and Development of innovative application solutions for IT Department

Project Manager DEVIN V2 / Scrum Master:

Led an innovative project integrating AI to recommend personalized training paths for employees via a dynamic quiz. Technologies: React/Typescript, Redux Saga, NodeJs, Python Django, REST API, Ansible. Missions:

Onboarding and skill development of new hires; Facilitation of Agile/Scrum rituals, coordination of development teams and validation of deliverables with business stakeholders. Supervision of the complete cycle: scoping, design, development, testing, continuous integration, and deployment. Technical choices and definition of robust API-oriented architectures. Team management: technical support, code reviews, technological watch, conflict resolution and doubt management… Contribution to backend architecture and continuous improvement of application performance. Ensuring team velocity, project objective achievement, and deliverable quality.

Development of the intelligent chatbot “coaching conso” for TotalEnergies, a consumer application with over 150,000 users, enabling energy consumption tracking and optimization through AI-based personalized recommendations. Technologies: Node.Js/Express.Js, MariaDB/Sequelize, TotalEnergies REST API stack, External AI API Missions:

Evolution of existing solutions and development of new solutions; Needs analysis, design, development in compliance with the base architecture, technological choices, and best practices; Improvement of the development process, architectural evolution, resolution of technical debt; Maintenance and delivery assurance: test coverage, DevOps monitoring (Jenkins, Jest, Postman…); Piloting transitions across different environments: testing, qualification, production; Contribution to versioning, source sharing, application documentation, brainstorming…(agile ritual, GIT, GITHUB, Jira, Confluence, JsDoc, Sharepoint, Teams; Operation and evolution of internal REST APIs, implementation of an API for automatic technical testing; Monitoring and maintenance of application performance with Dynatrace; Support and training of employees; Participation in Customer Day to better understand business challenges.
