Create and lead the design, development, and execution of projects from ideation to final execution through effective interaction design and human centric UX design processes including research, conception, brainstorming, mood boards, storyboards, user personas/stories, usability testing, wireframing and prototyping, across multiple mediums including digital, experiential, print, and more. Create, from concept to production, elegant branding experiences and unique creative solutions through graphic design, brand design, interactive design, product design, print design, web design, web development, and e-commerce for brands and small businesses.

Create, lead, and manage the concept, design and development of products, apps, websites, digital strategy, and branding from start to finish through human centric UX design processes. Participate and lead project brainstorming to generate ideas from storyboard to final execution for various digital media and products. Mentor and lead junior designers, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.

Lead the creative direction and digital strategy efforts for Condé Nast's digital property, Glamour. com. Provide art direction and mentorship to junior designers to ensure design quality for all initiatives are met. Work collaboratively across editorial, technology, research and business teams to define and synthesize project requirements. Assist and participate in product roadmap and design resource planning.
