Generalist HR professional with over twenty years of experience in demanding and operational sectors: tourism, healthcare, logistics, distribution. My career has been built around a strong conviction: the HR function must primarily be close to the field and serve the managers.

I have managed workforces of up to 300 employees, including significant seasonal contingents (recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, administration). I have also supported major transformations: harmonization of multi-site practices, deployment of HRIS tools, renewal of employee representative bodies (CSE), and agreement negotiations.

My dual expertise is now my differentiating asset. Wishing to anticipate the digital evolution of the HR function, I recently completed training in Systems & Network Administration. This training provided me with a concrete understanding of IT infrastructure, data security, and technical challenges. It now allows me to effectively bridge the gap between business teams and the IT department, whether for the selection, deployment, or monitoring of HR tools.

I am recognized for my pragmatism, rigor, and adaptability. I have worked in various contexts: hospital facilities, animal parks, logistics warehouses, tourist residences. Each time, I have quickly integrated, understood the specificities of the field, and provided operational solutions.
