In charge of training of international trainers within the teams of distributors for two cosmetic brands Algologie and Dr Renaud. I was responsible for training and animation in 25 countries (Europe, EMEA and Asia Pacific). I worked closely with the area managers and the export trade department. In the field, I assessed the development potential of the various markets, checked the level of knowledge of relay trainers and sent the information back to headquarters in the form of a report. Assignments included change management support (change of sales strategy, positioning and brand image) and strategic advice (adaptation of products to the local market).

Responsible for training and sales development. Marketing: competitive intelligence, market research. Merchandising: image optimization in supermarkets and specialized organic shops. Business development: prospecting, customer monitoring, negotiation.
