CONTEXT:

As part of the IAM migration program from CAIMAN to Forgerock (FID Réseau), the mission involved managing the final migration phase and coordinating technical teams, partners, and governance bodies. The project involved a multi-team environment with concerns for service continuity, identity security, and budget optimization.

ACHIEVEMENTS:

✓ Managed the IAM migration CAIMAN → Forgerock (FID) and coordinated technical teams.

✓ Facilitated governance meetings: Steering Committee, Project Committee, Security Committee for milestone and incident tracking.

✓ Supervised 2 technical poles: 5 people (CAIMAN), 2 (Forgerock).

✓ Monitored cross-functional projects: MFA, SAS proxy migration, IAM monitoring (Datadog), application connections.

✓ Managed contracts and budget: validated minutes, forecast, cost optimization.

✓ Ensured service level: resolved complex issues, prioritized tasks, acted as liaison between IAM, CISO, Network, Build, and Application teams.

RESULTS

✓ Stabilized the IAM service through structured management and fluid communication.

✓ Reduced incidents related to CAIMAN/FID coexistence.

Context:

Acted as Security Officer to ensure the compliance of Active Directory environments and the implementation of group security controls, in liaison with project and operational teams.

Projects:

✓ Securing domain controllers with ADFR Semperis.

✓ Implementing AD SelfService Plus for secure management of password resets.

✓ Governance of privileged accounts (Wallix PAM).

RUN:

✓ Monitoring AD vulnerabilities via PingCastle (Europe & China regions) while maintaining the security score.

✓ Managing patch management (critical CVEs 9–10) and coordinating remediation with operational teams.

CONTEXT:

In a context of strengthening cybersecurity posture and following compliance and audit requirements, Action Logement initiated a program to modernize its infrastructure and secure sensitive access. Privileged access was not sufficiently centralized or tracked, and several structuring projects (network, firewalls, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN) were to be conducted in parallel within the Network & Telecom Security department. The mission aimed to deploy a SaaS PAM solution and support teams in adopting new security standards, while contributing to infrastructure security and modernization projects.

ACHIEVEMENTS

✓ Managed and planned IT security projects, coordinating with technical and business teams.

✓ Led meetings and tracked actions to ensure deadlines and objectives were met.

✓ Administered and optimized security solutions, notably CyberArk and QRadar.

✓ Monitored and controlled system security status via Zabbix and Bitsight.

✓ Managed and maintained TrendMicro antivirus solutions to protect the infrastructure.

✓ Implemented Windows server Patch Management via Qualys to ensure compliance and security.
