**I designed about ten Power BI reports for Ose**, for the various Business Units: logistics, finance, human resources, sales, and production. The objective was to provide clear steering tools, adapted to the specific needs of each department. Working directly with end-users, I conducted regular iterations to refine visuals, propose the right KPIs, and ensure report readability. In parallel, I managed upstream data transformation via Google Cloud Platform and dbt to secure the processing chain. This project also required rigorous data validation at each stage. My proactive approach to visualizations and indicators was a strong lever for engaging teams in a data-driven dynamic.

**I created a series of Power BI reports for SNCF**. The objective was to track employees' internal travel, associated costs, and legal obligations for days spent abroad, while considering the risks of the visited countries. The main challenge was the diversity and disparity of data sources. Thanks to close collaboration with SNCF teams, we delivered, within tight deadlines, a streamlined, interactive, and transparent report, accompanied by exhaustive documentation.
