Ambitions Rurales is a driver for rural territories, aiming to foster and facilitate the financing of local initiatives.

The initial observation is simple: public grants reach rural areas too little, increasing the territorial divide.

To address this, Ambitions Rurales brings citizens together to create a set of territorial initiatives and facilitate their implementation and financing. Two services are offered:

- The Ambitions Program: a 4 to 6-month program during which volunteer citizens are guided to build a multi-sectoral, innovative, sustainable territorial project in line with national and European financing guidelines.

- Funding Quest: writing and monitoring of grant applications necessary for the implementation of the territorial project defined during the Ambitions Program.

Who is this for? For inter-municipalities and town halls in rural or semi-rural areas looking to bring a new breath of fresh air to their communities!

- Monitoring and administration of a governmental call for projects within the framework of the Rural Agenda and the recovery policy: "Entreprendre au Coeur des Territoires" (Entrepreneurship at the Heart of Territories) program

- Management and monitoring of the national network of "Fabriques à Entreprendre" (Entrepreneurship Factories)

- Financial analysis of projects and studies of their budget models

"Mom, I Left the City" is a societal essay that delves into the issue of rurality.

For about two centuries, the countryside has been declining, in favor of an all-urban model that is reaching saturation: 85% of the French population lives in urban areas, while life in the countryside is an ideal for 81% of French people.

The future is therefore in the countryside. But not just any countryside: one that knows how to reinvent itself to remain true to its values while attracting new professions, new profiles, especially former city dwellers.
