Graduated with a Master's degree in Human Resources, I have built my career around a balance that pleases me: one foot in HR development and project management, and the other in recruitment and operational support. As a result, I have worked in structured environments such as TotalEnergies as well as in very dynamic contexts such as Adecco or OPEA — which taught me to be agile, organized... and sometimes a magician when schedules decide to rebel.
Over the course of my assignments, I have led a major international HR project using agile methodology, created Power BI dashboards, facilitated workshops, structured a training catalog, optimized HR processes, and developed several tools (schedules, personnel files, automated contracts) to simplify the daily lives of teams. On the recruitment side, I managed large volumes, from sourcing to mission follow-up, keeping the agencies afloat — sometimes even swimming.
