Project carried out in collaboration between Icam – Nantes campus and the company Chauvat Portes, as part of a digital transformation and industrial optimization mission.

🚀 Project Objectives:

Assisting with the integration of two new machining lines.

Studying CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software solutions to sustainably modernize production management.

🛠 Main Missions:

Industrial project management: planning, stakeholder coordination, action tracking.

Functional and technical analysis: gathering on-site needs, diagnosing issues, and formulating appropriate solutions.

Technological exploration: benchmarking CAM software, studying compatibility with existing systems, defining selection criteria.

Communication and change management: drafting decision-support deliverables, regular exchanges with operators and decision-makers.

I had the opportunity to complete my end-of-studies internship (6 months) at Tristone, a Tier 1 automotive supplier specializing in cooling and air intake systems. Integrated into the Production department, my main mission was to optimize industrial performance monitoring tools.

🎯 Mission Objectives:

Improvement of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) collection, analysis, and display.

Development of interactive dashboards (Power BI) for more intuitive data visualization.

Acceleration of planning processes through automation of monitoring tools (Excel, Power Query).

🤝 Work Environment:

Cross-functional collaboration with operators, team leaders, scheduling officers, and IT departments.

Implementation of a proactive continuous improvement approach within a human-scale site.

4-month trip in Southeast Asia – Solo backpacking (Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia)

During this trip, I planned and successfully executed an itinerant itinerary across several countries, managing a limited budget rigorously. This experience allowed me to develop strong skills in organization, time management, and adaptation in an intercultural environment.

I had to make decisions autonomously in unforeseen circumstances (delays, border changes, weather events), while remaining agile and flexible in the face of the unexpected.

By interacting daily with people from very different cultures, languages, and lifestyles, I strengthened my ability to communicate effectively, manage complex situations calmly, and adapt quickly to new environments.

This trip was a true school of autonomy, initiative, and resilience, qualities that I now apply in both my personal and professional projects.
