My goal: to enable managers to monitor their business with reliable data, without burdening processes or disrupting the existing organization, while facilitating access to financing through structured and available information. I work on structuring controls, cash flow management, and developing clear and adapted steering documents. With experience in NGOs, SMEs, and large groups in Europe and Africa, I provide pragmatic solutions adapted to each structure.
