I excel at structuring complexity: comparing international, European, and French regulations, and transforming technical texts and standards into clear, reliable, and operational frameworks is my core business.

Over the years, I have honed these skills in Corporate M&A, governance, internal investigations, legal structuring, and risk management.

Today, I am 100% (200%!) dedicated to sustainability reporting — particularly to the comparative analysis of the ESRS Delegated Regulation 2023 and the draft 2026 Delegated Regulation published by the European Commission and submitted for public consultation in May 2026.

I support companies in understanding, updating, and legally securing their climate reporting (ESRS E1), rigorously integrating law, metrics, and data to build robust, auditable, and ISSB-aligned internal processes.
