As a Consultant, I assist Maltem's clients (now Audensiel Canada) in the design and optimization of their digital products/services to achieve a better user experience. My main tasks:
• Organizer and facilitator of co-design workshops (specific workshops and design sprints)
• Conduct user studies (interviews, surveys, tests, benchmarks, heatmaps)
• Highlight business requirements and understand internal processes and needs
• Design wireframes in responsive or adaptive web design
