Part-time HR Manager: Operational HR management: recruitment, employee onboarding, implementation of HR processes, gender equality plan, creation of indicators, professional and individual interviews, development of training plans and skills management, establishment/renewal of employee representative bodies and management of social relations, creation and updating of DUERP, consulting and support for managers and/or line managers.

Establish the HR function and manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department:

Recruit, onboard, and monitor employees: Implementation of a recruitment, onboarding, and performance appraisal policy

Creation of HR and legal tools (annual reviews, salary grids, standard contracts, disciplinary actions…)

Gathering training needs and implementing the training plan, optimizing funding with the OPCO

Payroll and personnel administration

Implementation of HR indicators and search for optimization of personnel costs

Management of relations and consultations with employee representative bodies (organizing renewal of professional elections, holding meetings)

Management of litigation files

Consulting operational managers on the application of labor law, the collective transport agreement, and its on-the-ground practices.

Advise member companies and train their teams:

Consulting member companies on social law, personnel and payroll management, disciplinary procedures and litigation, legal and social monitoring

Creation of HR and social training modules, and facilitation of training sessions

Facilitation of HR professional clubs.
