As the manager of a beverage store, I was responsible for the operational management and organization of the entire store. I coordinated a small team, ensured smooth daily operations, and was responsible for revenue, inventory, and customer satisfaction.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Staff Management: Scheduling, motivation, training, and leadership of a small team

• Inventory Management: Needs assessment, ordering, goods receipt control, warehouse organization

• Cashier Activities & Billing: End-of-day closing, cash management, complaint processing

• Customer Service: Consultation, complaint management, active sales

• Store Organization: Ensuring order, cleanliness, compliance with hygiene and safety regulations

• Revenue Responsibility & Key Figure Analysis: Monitoring sales figures, deriving measures

In this role, I was both a leader and a hands-on contributor, which allowed me to develop strong business acumen alongside a keen awareness of customer proximity, team spirit, and efficiency.

As part of the central fleet management team, I am responsible for the administrative support and organization of an extensive vehicle fleet. I ensure smooth operations, clear communication, and structured processes every day – both internally and with external service providers.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Management of the entire vehicle inventory (ordering, returns, damage processing, leasing contracts)

• Contact person for employees regarding all questions about vehicles, fuel cards, and mobility services

• Communication with leasing companies, workshops, and insurance providers

• Maintenance of master data and creation of evaluations and reports

• Support in optimizing internal processes and ensuring compliance with legal requirements

I work in a structured, solution-oriented, and service-conscious manner – even under time pressure or with short-notice changes.

During my apprenticeship in a specialized motorcycle retail store, I acquired comprehensive knowledge in areas such as expert advice, product knowledge, and sales processes – with a focus on motorcycle clothing, helmets, safety equipment, and technical accessories.

Tasks & Focus Areas:

• Expert advice to customers on motorcycle clothing, helmets, protectors, accessories, and care products

• Fitting and explanation of safety-relevant products

• Cashier activities, complaint processing, and payment handling

• Goods receipt, inventory maintenance, and presentation in the sales area

• Basic technical understanding of motorcycle parts and accessories (e.g., battery, oil, tires)

• Participation in inventories, promotions, and window displays

Through close customer contact, I was able to continuously deepen my communication skills, product expertise, and understanding of individual needs.
