Responsible for the entire public procurement cycle within a public institution, with complete mastery of Moroccan public procurement regulations (PMMP).

— Piloting the development, execution, and payment of purchase orders in compliance with current regulatory procedures.

— Preparation and launch of calls for tenders in accordance with the PMMP: drafting the Specifications (CPS), the Consultation Regulations (RC), and publication in authorized journals.

— Facilitation and supervision of public bid opening sessions, ensuring the transparency and compliance of the selection process.

— Development of triennial provisional procurement programs, enabling strategic planning and optimization of the institution's budgetary resources.

Responsible for purchasing and supply within a private company, with complete management of the supplier chain and supply flows.

— Development of supplier consultation files: specifications, comparison grids, and offer analysis for optimal selection.

— Active prospecting of new suppliers and continuous market watch to expand the panel and secure the best price and quality conditions.

— Rigorous monitoring of supplier payment terms, reduction of disputes, and maintenance of lasting and balanced business relationships.

— Supervision and optimization of procurement processes, ensuring operational continuity and reduction of stockouts.

— Organization and management of annual and periodic inventory operations, ensuring the reliability of stock data and compliance with discrepancies.

— Facilitation of inter-departmental coordination meetings (finance, logistics, management) to align operational needs with procurement strategy.
