ELO PROJECT: Extranet Lease Offers (From 03/2015 to 06/2016)

I contribute to the preparation of version upgrades in a continuous integration environment for enhancement requests specified by the business. Specifically, it involves developing the functions for creating offers and financing requests specific to the group's countries (FR, DE, UK, ES, IT, BE).

Result: Contributions to the deployment of versions V15 and V16 in 2015 and 2016

LEASMART PROJECT: Mobile Testing (iOS & Android) (From 03/2015 to 06/2016)

I contribute to the implementation of the multi-channel digital transformation project for the Lease Offers extranet at BPLS (BNP Leasing Solutions). Specifically, it involves developing the functions for creating offers and financing requests for smartphone and tablet environments.

Result: Deployment of releases 1 and 2 in April and December 2015.

CBB-RBB PROJECT: Corporate & Retail Belgium Banking (From 12/2014 to 06/2016)

This project is an integral part of the IT alignment strategy of the FORTIS subsidiary with that of the BNP group. I am involved in the migration project of the Belgian portals of the FORTIS subsidiary. Specifically, it involves transferring the management of CBB & RBB extranets and the AS/400 back office to BPLS (BNP Leasing Solutions).

Result: Deployment of CBB and RBB extranets into production on April 24, 2014.

RFA PROJECT: Risk Finance Assets and Liabilities Management (From 12/2013 to 06/2016)

I participate in the strategic business intelligence project consisting of implementing a business data warehouse at BPLS for RFA (Risk, Finance & ALM (Assets and Liabilities Management)) reporting to align with Basel 2, 3, and BCBS 239 regulations. The objective is to provide the group with LCR (Subsidiary Liquidity Ratios) and FINREP (Financial Reports) reports. These reports are produced at D+24 via a consolidation of statements from 8 distinct systems; the idea is to implement a central data warehouse that will allow us to produce reports at D+8. I supervise a team of 2 consultants (One functional tester and one automation engineer).

Result: Deployment of batches 1, 2, 3, and 4 into production in June and August, December 2014, and November 2015. Batch 5 in progress.

My activities on these complex projects are as follows:

Project Management

Ensure that the definition of needs is consistent with business requirements and the company's IT strategy.

Analyze needs in collaboration with business departments.

Estimate the budget and get it validated by my hierarchy and the project sponsor.

Lead project steering meetings and define the task schedule.

Track the progress of the different project batches.

Provide reporting for the steering committee and business departments.

Identify necessary training to develop team skills.

Test / Acceptance Testing

Lead integration tests and write the common acceptance strategy.

Write test plans and campaigns based on the following documents (Scoping Note, EdB DOSF, DOSFT).

Execute tests and monitor anomalies.

Organize anomaly review meetings with development teams.

Write UAT (User Acceptance Testing) reports and version summaries.

Participate in Go/NoGo meetings.

Benchmarking for the preparation of a Proof of Concept (POC) for automated regression testing solutions on data warehouses (see final benchmark file).

Change Management

Write the best practices guide and train users on ALM 11.

Support end-users during acceptance testing phases (UAT).
