The client needed to create a system to re-qualify old customers.
I designed a custom automated conversation scenario, designed a chatbot, and implemented the lead capture system.
We also dynamically injected the data we had on each customer to avoid starting from scratch via custom URLs and launched email + SMS campaigns.
Each customer therefore receives a link to a chatbot with tailor-made questions to update their file.
