Since 2018, I have been working directly on the ground in India with artisans and workshops (more than 20 collections produced for clients in France, Switzerland, Japan, Reunion).
I built Bohetic from this on-the-ground reality: designing, sourcing, and producing textile collections between Europe and India, with rigor and high standards.
Today, I support brands, creators, and boutiques who want to produce in India in a clear and secure way, at every stage:
– Project scoping and feasibility (quantities, deadlines, technical constraints)
– Sourcing of materials and prints, targeted selection according to your collection
– Prototype development and coordination with workshops
– Production monitoring, quality control, and logistical preparation
My role is primarily operational: to bridge the gap between your creativity and manufacturing, translate your needs into workshop language, structure exchanges, and secure every step.
I travel regularly to India: workshop visits, direct sourcing, on-site adjustments.
This on-the-ground presence is a real asset for my clients: anything that is difficult to manage remotely becomes simple when someone is there for you.
