Paris 2024 Olympic Games, managing IT infrastructure at competition venues.

1)

Planning:

· Work closely with site technology leads and other functional areas for technology equipment allocation (TEAP).

· Identify dependencies (impacting Venue IT) related to technology and non-technology, and liaise with respective roles on their deliverables.

· Maintain a project schedule covering planning, implementation, operations, and decommissioning of Venue IT activities.

· Work closely with all vendors/partners to ensure their on-site implementation commitments align with requirements.

· Assess resource needs for Venue IT deployment, operations, and decommissioning phases and request them in advance.

2)

Implementation:

· Manage the deployment and decommissioning of IT equipment on site following defined policies and procedures.

· Conduct IT security audits (where applicable) after IT equipment installation, based on the checklist provided by the IT security team.

3)

Operations:

· Ensure site IT services are controlled by site operations.

· Provide solutions for site IT incidents through effective Service Desk management.

· Coordinate, assist, and support site IT team members (Assistant Site IT Director, Service Desk Supervisor, IT Engineer, Reprographic Engineer, IT Team Member, and Service Desk Team Member).

Storage (VANCLEEF & ARPLES).

My responsibilities on these projects:

· Take charge of fixed-price projects for the company.

. Optimize project budget, schedule, and risks.

· Prepare and lead steering and operational committees.

· Manage coordination between internal and external project stakeholders: sales, pre-sales, technical consultants, engineers, vendors.

· Ensure the quality of deliverables and the smooth running of acceptance testing during all project phases.

Project for logical and physical redesign of LAN architectures across about ten sites in France.

My responsibilities:

· Technical analysis of the existing infrastructure (active/passive equipment).

· Study and propose a new standardized Cisco architecture and a monitoring solution.

· Make technical modifications to equipment.

· Provide support to various local teams.

· Monitor progress via MS Project, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions in coordination with technical teams.

· Coordinate with various European teams (non-French speaking).

· Define and update key performance indicators (KPIs): availability, energy consumption, SLA adherence to measure project performance and report to stakeholders.

· Define new internal processes (RACI).
