    How I work.

    I start by understanding: your market, your product, your customers, your constraints, what has already been tried. I don't force playbooks. I start from reality (field signals, sales conversations, data, usage, founder intuition) and build from there.
This leads to a diagnosis, a prioritized plan, and execution.

Typical format: fractional CMO, 2-3 days/week, 3 to 6 months. Also open to shorter, more defined missions (audit, positioning, website redesign, launch).

Based 40% Lyon, 60% Paris. Remote by default, occasional travel.
