With over 15 years of experience in the banking sector, backed by a triple expertise in technical, functional, and business aspects which, in my view, forms an essential foundation for understanding the strategic challenges related to project management and data analysis, I have decided to launch my freelance consulting activity specializing in project leadership, data, credit risk, and data quality management and governance.

I support financial institutions and project teams on:

- Leading and structuring complex projects (committee management, facilitation and monitoring, scoping, specifications, development, testing, change management)

- Data exploitation, processing, and analysis (quality, analysis, reporting) supported by technical expertise in various tools and languages (SQL, SAS, R’Studio, Python, Power BI, etc.)

- Banking credit risk issues (Basel IV, CRR3, methodologies, analysis and monitoring of indicators, operational implementation, Basel modeling, provisioning, customer scoring)

- Data Quality (DQ) management and governance issues (BCBS 239, RDARR guide)

My goal: to bridge the gap between business needs, data, and regulatory constraints, with a pragmatic and results-oriented approach.

I have had the opportunity to lead and contribute to several high-stakes projects (leading BCBS 239 Data Quality management and governance completeness program, leading IFRS9 deployment program, managing Credit Risk projects, managing migration projects. I have also worked on Basel modeling, provisioning, or customer scoring, and on Credit Risk and Provisioning analysis and monitoring.
