My work consists of supporting you from the definition of product issues to the final designs, including ideation and prototypes.

I am an UX project manager with an initial background and strong experience in entrepreneurship. I also teach user experience courses at the Le Wagon Mexico programming school. Episource is a leader in the American market for "Healthcare Risk Adjustment", the equivalent of our code/care/treatment system for social security reimbursement which uses the same international standards (ICD-10-CM (International Classification of Diseases, Tenth Revision, Clinical Modification).
The company has created a suite of products that operate in silos and have never integrated any design process.

My job is to map the products, define user needs and confront them with the company's product and business strategy.

Specifically, we are redesigning all products by combining short-term needs (Design bug fixing: major usability issues, incoherence, inconsistency, navigation problems...) and the long-term strategy of product unification.

In parallel, we have created a design system based on Google Material Design (in progress), and created the corresponding website (in progress).
