Hello!

With 9 years of experience in financial management (3 years in management control in international companies, then 6 years as Financial and HR Director and Chief of Staff in SMEs and startups), I gladly assist leaders on a daily basis to help them structure and challenge their processes (creation of turnkey financial tools and reporting), optimize their expenses and steer their financial strategy (creation of pitch decks, business plans), and on the other hand, build a true employer brand image through HR management and the deployment of HRIS tools / best practices (needs definition, relevant offer writing, candidate management, onboarding, offboarding, one-to-one meetings).

I also provide relevant advice on grants/calls for tenders/repayable advances and then handle their writing and submission from A to Z (JEI status, CIR, CII, H2020, BPI, etc.).

The versatility and flexibility acquired through these experiences have allowed me to adapt quickly to any type of structure, whether organized or not, and to make the most of them with a clear and visible improvement in the expected results.

Depending on the mission and following an initial meeting to define needs, I will intervene from one day a month to several days a week.

My services are intended for startups, VSEs/SMEs (last 6 years of work) as well as larger companies.
