Since November 2025, I've embraced a role that excites me: Digital Solutions Architect – Next.js, Azure & AI.

And when I say architect, I mean it in the strongest sense: I built this application from scratch. From the first line of code to production deployment. I was solely in charge of the technical aspects.

The project? Kompagnon, a real estate simulation and pricing platform for developers. Specifically, the tool allows modeling a program, its phases, and its units, then calculating price grids based on dozens of weighting factors (floor, orientation, typology, nuisances, outdoor areas, etc.) down to the revenue memo.

In ~7 months: 323 commits, ~950 files, nearly 196,000 lines of TS.

Some foundations I'm proud of:

→ Next.js 16 + React 19 + strict TypeScript, with an internal GraphQL API and Prisma on SQL Server.

→ End-to-end Azure: Microsoft Entra ID SSO, Azure OpenAI, controlled deployment.

→ Useful AI, not a gimmick:

• an integrated conversational assistant that guides the user in the app and reads real business data (without inventing figures);

• computer vision on floor plans to automatically detect building envelopes and unit areas;

• 3D visualization of buildings in the browser.

The most formative aspect of this adventure: simultaneously holding the roles of architect, full-stack developer, and quality guarantor (testing, conventions, performance, security). Thinking about the product, not just the code.

Building a system of this size alone is demanding. It's also exactly what drives me forward.

Since April 2026, I have designed and developed an internal application for FLOA from scratch: an editorial console that simplifies the entire article production chain for the website.

The initial observation was simple: a fragmented process involving Word files, Excel tracking, and multiple tools. The objective: to bring everything together into a single, clear, and secure platform.

What I built, alone, from scoping to implementation:

A modern interface for managing articles (search, batches, stages, responsible individuals) and a complete media library.

A secure login system with role and access management.

Automatic conversion of Word documents into publishable articles (including image extraction).

Automatic compliance checks against the editorial model.

Automated tests, containerization, and continuous deployment for a reliable foundation.

The most exciting part? Diving into the site's database to deeply understand how articles are actually stored for display (SP Page Builder), then designing the integration strategy with the Joomla API — and precisely scoping the work with the technical teams.

Stack: Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind, Joomla integration.

And this is just the first step: the next phase aims for a unified platform with complete process automation, legal content review, and centralized tracking.

Building a product end-to-end — from the first line of code to the long-term vision — remains the most formative exercise for me.
