B2C Trade Shows: Merchandising and coordination of sales teams for the group's various brands. (Fleurus Presse, Quelle Histoire, PiliPop)

Creation of the publisher's e-commerce platform -> quellehistoire.com. Project scoping and functional definition of offers. Website development on WooCommerce. Conception and monitoring of Facebook campaigns internally (+€300K budget). Implementation of the logistics chain with Messageries Lyonnaises de Presse. (1st B2C client) ✅ Results: 20% of the publisher's turnover in year 2.

Relationship with Apple and Amazon stores (presentation of the annual roadmap). Conception and development of the CRM. Social media and newsletter management (FB ->50K IG ->10K, email ->20K).
