    Launched in 2019, and after several iterations, I joined this project as its lead in September 2020. The real estate software market is aging and fragmented.

    Grean's objective is to offer a human-centric tool, not focused on the properties it handles.

    From a B2B2C classified platform based on lead monetization, Alexy Carlier and I evolved it into a B2B SaaS for real estate professionals. To the point of generating the first euros in revenue.

    Budget: €150k Achieved after these 12 months:

    👉 Grean.fr, a B2C platform for qualifying leads from individuals referred by professionals (TRL 7/8)

    👉 Grean.pro, a side CRM for agents and representatives, coupled with Grean.fr, it allows intelligent prospecting of individuals with real estate projects. (TRL 7/8) - Monetized since September 2021.

    Marketing:
    Definition of Go-To-Market, campaigns, funnels, A/B testing for acquisition and conversion with individuals and professionals, partnership agreement with Monemprunt.com.

    Product:
    Structuring a team, implementing processes, user research, lean startup methodology monitoring.

    Management:
    Definition of strategy, roadmap, objectives, and KPIs. Ensuring synergies between marketing, product, and technical teams. Project management. Recruitment. Managing a team of up to 6 people (internal + Ünitee contractors).
