I highly recommend Clément. The project, aimed at optimizing a mapping report editing tool, required, in addition to GIS skills, solid skills in database querying (SQL) and Python. Clément perfectly grasped the project, which was complex, and our needs. I thank him again for his real commitment and adaptability. Discussions with Clément were very pleasant and constructive.
