Country Functional Referent and Solution Functional Expert

Assignment as part of the standardization of IT systems internationally

Context:

The MyOffer application aims to standardize the offer management tool internationally. Currently present in 5 countries, its deployment continues. The application also continues to evolve to cover all offer scopes. I joined the MyOffer team as a functional referent to support Poland in the deployment of the tool and as a functional expert to continue the evolution of the tool.

Functional Referent:

- Functional liaison between the business and MyOffer:

- Demonstration of corporate process application within the application

- MyOffer Functional Referent for the Country:

- Conducting Gap analyses with the Country

- Seeking solutions to converge country, corporate, and application processes

- Impact analysis (time, cost)

- Supporting the country in functional onboarding.

- Implementing a training program aligned with country requirements

- Implementing evaluation systems to quantify skill development)

Functional Expert:

- Understanding, challenging, and formalizing business needs

- Functional study and analysis

- Organizing meetings to ensure understanding of needs and design the solution:

- Organizing workshops with the build team

- Writing User Stories, Acceptance Criteria

- Conducting acceptance tests

Majorel – Bertelsmann Group (1 year and 10 months)—

Assignment within the framework of the creation of a "Transformation" Business Unit

Context:

The transformation department was created in July 2020 with the objective, through digitalization, to be the growth driver for the FAB (France Africa Benelux) region. I joined this unit from its inception as a Project Manager for the "Augmented Agent" product line to reduce processing times and improve quality.

- Management of all projects related to the company's key major insurance client.

7 major workstreams, each comprising several projects: Multi-site projects (France and Morocco) and Multi-activity projects (400 managers): different teams, different major client IT systems.

- Scoping of needs and control of deliverables

- Management of planning and external costs

- Management of prioritization, obstacles, and resource availability

- Project monitoring and facilitation of meetings (Steering Committees, project updates, Daily stand-ups, etc.)

- Facilitation of Hackathon-type workshops

- Logic of creating generic products and product roadmaps

Participation in team structuring:

- Transverse organization workshops

- Facilitation of workshops to determine workflows

- Study of monitoring and brainstorming tools
