With 7 years of agency experience, I specialize in digital project management and UX at a strategic and leadership level. I have supported numerous clients in their website redesigns (primarily e-commerce) and mobile applications.

With a hybrid background (account management & project leadership), I am now turning to freelancing to assist agencies with their ad-hoc project management and account management needs.

Being independent in these areas allows me to bring a fresh perspective. I adapt to the agency's methodology and existing teams.

With a highly collaborative spirit, I strive to ensure that the entire team enjoys the project. The balance between cross-functional communication and dedicated time for tasks is crucial. Everyone needs to be aware of "who does what" while also having moments for reflection and individual progress.

I teach at Gobelins on topics such as project management, understanding and challenging briefs, and Design Thinking methodologies.
