A team wanted to upskill on the Power Platform and quickly deliver a first MVP to digitize a business process (request/intervention tracking), currently managed via Excel/emails.

🎯 Mission Objective

Design and lead an operational training program resulting in the co-creation of a Power Apps business application within Teams, by co-constructing the Conceptual Data Model (CDM) and then implementing it in Dataverse for Teams, with automation and good governance practices.

Identify and follow up on incomplete timesheets, using data from Silae (integrated API)

Facilitate the generation of exceptional invoices for ad-hoc assignments

Have a reliable database to manage client profitability and team workload

Centralize and standardize client files (common structure)

Automate the creation of document spaces for each client

Prepare a reliable mapping between the existing system and the SharePoint target

Reduce the time spent on managing shares and ensure data quality
