MIMCO Platform is a digital platform for investing in high-potential real estate projects across Europe. It offers exclusive access to investment opportunities selected by the group.

It is an open-access platform for investors (legal entities and individuals) and wealth management advisors (CGP).

Many friction points were identified on the previous platform imposed by an AMF-approved management company, and it was in this context that I was contacted to lead the redesign of the platform's Design and User Experience, all within an Agile environment.

After conducting interviews and workshops (Product Vision Board & Tone of Voice), I defined the different user journeys with the client, implemented a design system, and then designed all the mockups for all platform users, including:

- Investors,

- CGPs,

- Middle Office Manager,

- Sales Team,

- Marketing Team,

- Profit-sharing service providers (PSI),

- Super Admin.

I therefore contributed to various platform usage scenarios:

- Registration for investors and CGPs,

- (Pre)filling and updating the client profile for an investor,

- Subscribing to a product for an investor,

- Creating a product for the Marketing team,

- Validating a subscription for a PSI,

- Inviting a CGP to the platform for the Sales team,

- Adding a new user to the platform,

- Consulting key figures for each user from a dashboard,

- etc....

Nexans is a French multinational company specializing in the manufacturing of electrical cables. Their employees use a series of SaaS internally for very specific purposes, ranging from equipment management (in the form of inventories) to the geolocation of electrical reels. To facilitate the implementation of components and to demonstrate professionalism to its clients, Nexans wanted to establish a design kit (simplified design system) to harmonize the design of its SaaS. After an initial prioritization workshop to define the priority components, I designed them and had them validated by the development team.

Les Clefs du Mentorat is a platform in partnership with associations and the Yvelines department, offering young people aged 5 to 18 tailored support, provided by a mentor. In May 2023, Wizards Technologies began developing the Middle Office application, starting with the delivery of a first MVP in the summer of 2023, with V1 released in December 2023. However, this version did not provide an ideal experience for the Middle Office administrators, according to their feedback at the time of the MVP's delivery. V2, still under development, has been redesigned in terms of both user journey and design. The product targets 3 types of users: administrators, mentors, and students. Rights and views differ depending on the profile. As an UX/UI Designer, I worked on V1 and V2 of the Middle Office by designing the various interfaces and basing them on the Shadcn/UI library. I created desktop and mobile mockups on Figma while also creating components to feed a design system. I also organized workshops to define the identity of the showcase website and conducted user tests (administrators) after the development of V1.
