Transformation projects don't fail because of technology. They fail because of human dynamics and organizational blind spots created by silos.

With 15 years of experience, primarily within large corporations, as an internal manager or embedded consultant, I act as an IT and transformation consultant for CIOs, COMEX, and business departments who need to structure, secure, or reposition their information system in complex, time-constrained environments, or after a crisis.

What sets me apart: I don't arrive as an expert imposing a template, but rather build, after analysis, the framework that will enable you to perform tomorrow.

I arrive as a builder, I understand the real constraints, I work with the existing teams, and I leave behind something that is sustainable and evolves without me, with a vision that reconciles business, IT, and the user.

What I concretely solve:

- SI reconstruction post-cyberattack with service continuity: done at Stago (Zero Trust, IAM, critical service restoration)

- Unmanageable Microsoft 365 / Azure Governance: structured 20,000 users at GEODIS (€6.5M)

- Datacenter decommissioning & legacy migration to Azure — currently in progress

- COMEX and CIOs who don't speak the same language: I build the bridge

- Transformation to launch: I structure the roadmap and engage teams to ensure compliance, scalability, security, and user satisfaction
