The arrival of Claude Code changes the game: we're shipping products in a few weeks instead of months. But without expertise behind it, you accumulate technical debt at the same rate. My job is to leverage these tools without mortgaging the future.

I also have a solid network of freelancers I've worked with before (product, design, data, growth). When the need goes beyond tech, I can mobilize a team in a few days.
