Individual labor law: disciplinary actions, HR compliance, negotiated departures (protected employees), litigation monitoring, individual case monitoring, social and legal watch.

Social relations: Preparation of CSE/CSSCT meetings, attendance at meetings, support for the HR Director; negotiations (NAO); monitoring of delegation hours; Drafting of the CSE regulations in coordination with elected officials, monitoring of expert assessments and team coordination; monitoring the update of the BDESE.

Health / safety – psychosocial risk prevention and transversal HR topics:

• - Referent for sexist behavior and sexual harassment, with management of internal investigations following or not following a CSE whistleblowing notification, including: interviews, collection of documents, analysis, drafting of conclusions, recommendations for corrective actions, reporting, training of a collaborator;

• - Update of the DUERP with identification and scoring of professional risks, creation and animation of a working group with the CSSCT for a joint approach; Organization of a company-wide survey on psychosocial risks with a team of specialized psychologists;

• - Monitoring of work accident recognition files;

• - Administrative monitoring of the PSE in conjunction with the labor inspectorate

Individual labor law: Legal research, advice to members, employment contract lifecycle, social watch.

Collective labor law: Advice to members on various topics related to holding elected or union positions, analysis of collective agreements (QVT, gender equality, right to disconnect…), legal advice on setting up CSE, preparation of professional elections (analysis of PAP, candidate lists), support during the mandate of the elected official and/or union representative, preparation of labor court cases with the member and the lawyer.

Social relations: Preparation of meetings with employee representative bodies (CE, DP), monitoring of NAO negotiations, monitoring of delegation hours, updating the BDESE.

Personnel administration: management of medical visits, maintenance of the RUP, reporting of work accidents, participation in a monitoring group on psychosocial risk prevention.
