Passionate about human dynamics, I have been working for over 10 years at the crossroads of Human Resources, management consulting, and training.

My starting point: several years as an HR Project Officer in an industrial environment. This experience gave me a concrete understanding of managerial and organizational challenges - which allows me today to design instructional devices adapted to all stakeholders.

My skills cover the entire training value chain, from needs analysis to facilitation:

I manage digital training projects from end to end - scoping, specifications, stakeholder coordination, and production monitoring. Comfortable with both internal teams and external providers.

I analyze needs and design devices adapted to business objectives and target audiences: blended, multimodal, micro-learning paths. With particular attention to anchoring learning in real situations.

I script and produce interactive modules on Rise 360 - always keeping an eye on the learner experience, not just the technical aspects.

I facilitate training sessions for beginner and experienced managers, focusing on concrete managerial practices and posture. My HR background makes a difference: I speak their language.

I lead collaborative workshops and co-creation sessions - using structured methodologies (Liberating Structures, Design Thinking, Co-development) that truly involve the entire group. This skill also enriches my training: I design participatory and experiential approaches.
