For over 15 years, I have held product management and marketing manager positions in companies of various sizes and international environments (Pricer, Checkpoint Systems, Inmac-Wstore). I now put this experience to the service of smaller structures, which often lack internal resources to take a step back and review their marketing strategy.
My starting point is always the same: understand the market, the offer, and the competition before proposing an action plan. Each mission begins with a diagnosis adapted to the size and resources of the structure.
Specifically, I am involved in:
- Marketing audit: positioning, current actions, competition;
- Market analysis and competitive intelligence, to identify priorities and opportunities;
