Since September 2025, I have been responsible for training as a volunteer within the Training & Awareness department of the Football Mission association.

I support the department in raising awareness among young people in France about the major issues of our society, to help them better understand the world around them. Football is used as an educational tool to address topics related to sustainable development, citizenship, and engagement, and to show how everyone can act at their own level.

We intervene during events, with amateur and professional football clubs, as well as educational, prevention, and integration structures.

The department's main missions are:

• Creation of educational and fun tools,

• Obtaining Qualiopi certification,

• Development of an e-learning platform.

Football Mission is a solidarity association that uses football as a lever for education, inclusion, and ecological transition.

It conducts awareness-raising, training, collection, reuse, and solidarity actions in France and internationally.

Management and coordination of the Paris City Volunteer Program for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

5,200 volunteers – 16 sites – €1.2M budget

Design and deployment of the training strategy: defining the plan, scheduling 100 sessions over 3 months, coordinating stakeholders (City of Paris, Paris 2024, service providers), complete logistical organization (venues, itineraries, equipment, branding), managing the creation and validation of educational content, operational deployment, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement through dashboards and reports.

Coordination of the engagement and retention strategy: designing a cultural ticketing offer in partnership with Parisian operators (agreements, commitment management), organizing unifying events and recognition schemes.

Organization of the Kick-off at the Adidas Arena (3,000 volunteers), plenary speaking, coordination of major events: launch party (Parc Floral) and closing events (Montreuil, Hôtel de Ville). Management of dedicated communications (newsletter, profiles, volunteer portal).

Selection and management of an event agency: drafting the CCTP, analyzing bids, contracting, and overseeing delegated production.

Within the Citizen Engagement & Association Service of the Directorate for Democracy, Citizens, and Territories (DDCT):

Responsible for citizen participation & association life: design, management & animation of participatory initiatives & workshops (Citizens' Assembly, Participatory Budget)

Organization of events & support for associative actors

Production of tools, guides & resources for local stakeholders

Team management and coordination of involved actors

Logistical and administrative monitoring of projects
