- Propose a provisional schedule and clear milestones, subject to adjustments throughout the project.

- Identify and define: objectives, stakeholders to involve, responsibilities, steering committee structure, review and validation session organization.

PHASE 2 - Drafting the CCTP

- Draft the CCTP and scoring grid, organize review sessions, consolidate feedback from partial and overall reviews.

- Prepare, facilitate, and synthesize user groups and needs expression interviews.

- Deliverables: CCTP and Persona Sheets

PHASE 3 - Market Publication Monitoring and Bidder Selection

- Organize review of bidder responses.

- Analyze responses using a precise and objective scoring grid.

- Organize oral presentation sessions if necessary.

- Deliverable: Selection Dossier

PHASE 4 - Supporting the Communication Team in Steering the Website Project Progress in Accordance with the CCTP

- Facilitate design workshops.

- Participate in operational steering meetings with CESAME, the service provider, as well as project steering committees.

- Deliverables: Tracking document to guide and facilitate content creation by CESAME + Creation of materials (PPT, Excel...) as a functional documentation base to guide the service provider on website functionalities and content.

STEERING

- Co-facilitate steering committees (frequency: monthly).

- Verify project progress according to the defined schedule.

- Raise alerts in case of identified risks (non-exhaustive examples: anticipating delays, scope creep).

- Deliverable: Steering Committee Minutes

Accimoto is the leading French player in spare parts for motorcycles.

Mission:

> Connect all software specialists and manage their interventions

> Steering the IT transformation project, and the interfaces between different software

Tasks:

1) Project Structuring:

> Schedule and tools for coordinating the work of the project team and the Accimoto team

2) Support for V1 Implementation:

> Monitoring design and development to adapt the new business software

> Monitoring design and development of the interface between the business software and the existing e-commerce

> Steering the technical and business testing phase, monitoring bug fixes, and relaying team needs

3) Creation of maintenance processes and monitoring.

Currently 1 day/week.
