I then discovered the customer journey through intrapreneurship (creating a public startup). I love people, which led me to work for several seasons as an activities manager in campsites. Throughout my professional experiences, I've had various roles: creating club communication, managing social media, freelance journalism, project management, and even town management. With 15 years of volunteer experience, I primarily invest myself in adventures that I enjoy and that give me meaning.

Selected as part of an innovators' call (intrapreneurship program, first Pau cohort), we benefited from Beta Gouv's support to work on the problem and solution in a startup mode (lean management). Very quickly, a solution was tested and satisfied isolated individuals. The challenge was to deploy the solution on a larger scale and integrate the service within the Community: the solution is now known as "Pau Partage" and is one of the tools offered by the Animation Service. Two intrapreneurs (home help and meal delivery driver) continue to work on the project, leveraging their professional expertise.
