Research and inspiration: creation of mood boards and iconographic research to lay the foundation for a strong artistic direction.

Collection development: finalization of the theme and collection plan, accompanied by proposals for color palettes adapted to your identity.

Drawings and visuals: creation of sketches, looks, and silhouettes by hand or digitally, with Photoshop look simulations (colors, textures, shadows).

Technical details: creation of vector technical drawings on Illustrator, development of technical sheets and files in French and/or English, for fluid communication with manufacturers.

Textile creation: design of placed or all-over patterns, embroideries, laces, and trims with placement on patterns, and custom adaptation.

Follow-up and realization: coordination with factories, prototype development, and support until production launch.
