I've been a Product Designer for 3 years, specializing in UX Design, User Research, and Information Architecture. This means I help companies understand their users, identify their problems, and design solutions to make people's lives simpler.
I started by designing Bell Canada's first Internet of Things (IoT) products, then worked freelance for several digital agencies (Turbulent & Cossette) and a French startup (Majelan).
Originally, I'm a Software Engineer, so I've always been immersed in the world of development. I was also a Scrum Master and project manager, which made me passionate about process improvement and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
