Transformation of B2C into a Showcase SiteMarch 2025 - March 2025 (1 month)With the company's new priority being to sell on marketplaces, I transformed We Pop It's Shopify site into a showcase site to redirect customers to the various product pages on the marketplaces.To do this, I customized the theme to remove all purchase-related features (checkout, cart, add-to-cart CTA, etc.), - GAEC MANJOLIVECRO & SEO OptimizationNovember 2024 - November 2024 (1 month)I worked on several aspects of Manjolive's Shopify site to improve its e-commerce experience, SEO visibility, and conversion rate. The manager, Céline, told me that after a migration carried out by someone else, the performance of the new Shopify was disappointing.The priority was therefore to conduct a complete technical audit, fix broken links and 404 errors, and replace broken images. I also adjusted permanent redirection URLs, added Google structured data, and of course optimized all metadata.Then, the second important thing was to change the theme to choose one focused on SEO with modern sections and a pleasant mobile display.Once the entire redesign was finished, I was able to resume SEO and organize titles with Hn tags, improve netlinking to make the necessary modifications.I also created custom templates for product and collection pages, to segment the information displayed for each product and make navigation more intuitive.Regarding conversion rate optimization, I implemented an automated scenario to follow up on abandoned carts and added a customer review module with emails sent automatically after a few days to request feedback. I also improved the customer journey to make it smoother.I continue to support Manjolive long-term, making regular adjustments to improve the site's performance.
- MWM - Alma Studio par Martin SolveigCreation of the Alma Studio Showcase SiteENTERTAINMENT AND LEISURENovember 2023 - March 2024 (5 months)The Alma Studio app invites children to turn off their screens and listen to exciting stories told by famous personalities (Jonathan Lambert, Gad Elmaleh, Virginie Efira...). It was created by DJ Martin Solveig with the idea of putting audio and imagination on the same level as visual animations.I had the pleasure of being contacted by MWM (Music World Media), the leading app publisher in France, whose board includes Xavier Niel, Martin Solveig, and the founder of Deezer, Daniel Marhely, among others.The MWM agency asked me to take charge of migrating the app's website. This migration aimed to facilitate the regular updating of the showcase site by the Alma Studio team through the use of Shopify, rather than a site developed from scratch.Inspired by the existing site and MWM / Alma Studio's specifications, I created a custom website that highlights the app's benefits and features. MWM's technical team is currently synchronizing the new website data with the app.
