Field observations (Gemba Walk), multi-disciplinary interviews, and collective workshops helped identify the main dysfunctions, their operational, human, and economic impacts, as well as the priority levers for improvement.

    The deliverables included a structured diagnostic report, a flow map, an analysis of production management practices, and a progressive roadmap aimed at stabilizing the organization, securing fundamentals, and preparing for the future (managerial structuring, continuous improvement, transition support).
