The mission consisted of ensuring operational continuity within the Industrialization & Methods department, as part of the temporary replacement of the Industrialization Manager.

Transition management mission, with the following objectives:

Carried out a comprehensive diagnosis of the industrial ecosystem within an SME in the consumer goods sector, in a context of high operational demand and organizational structuring.

The mission focused on analyzing the complete value chain, from customer order reception to delivery, including production, planning, quality, logistics, and commercial interfaces. Field observations (Gemba Walk), multi-disciplinary interviews, and collective workshops helped identify the main dysfunctions, their operational, human, and economic impacts, as well as the priority levers for improvement.

The deliverables included a structured diagnostic report, a flow map, an analysis of production management practices, and a progressive roadmap aimed at stabilizing the organization, securing fundamentals, and preparing for the future (managerial structuring, continuous improvement, transition support).

Mission carried out in a supportive role, with the objective of clarification, visibility, and sustainable operational security.

At Capsum, I supported structuring industrial projects combining operational performance, ergonomics, and investment.

I conducted flow diagnostics for the setup of a new industrial site integrating up to 10 packaging lines, as well as optimization studies for existing workshops to increase productivity and capacity without degrading working conditions.

I also managed ergonomics and line standardization projects, which helped streamline movements, secure processes, and improve production speed.

Finally, I managed investment projects, notably the acquisition of new packaging lines and a sleeving machine, combining automation, productivity gains, and reduced resource needs.

This experience allowed me to develop a very concrete approach to operational excellence, combining analysis, field work, and measurable results.
