I come from an unconventional background — and that's exactly my advantage.

I spent 4 years managing the operations of a yacht club in Barcelona: fleet maintenance, infrastructure logistics, member administration, and organizing team buildings and regattas for large corporations. I learned to manage complex systems, people, and data in environments where mistakes have real consequences.

Then I moved to Mar del Plata, Argentina, and co-founded a real estate agency. Without a system that adapted to our needs, I built one from scratch: a complete CRM in Google Sheets with a 5-stage pipeline, automatic lead scoring, a real-time dashboard, intelligent property matching, agent ranking, and commission tracking. Everything automated with Google Apps Script and JavaScript, running in production with a real team.

I don't have a degree in systems. I have something harder to find: a real system that solves a real problem, built from scratch.

Today I offer that same expertise to other businesses. If I could build it for a real estate agency from scratch, I can adapt it to any operation that needs order, automation, and clarity. I am open to learning, growing, and taking on new projects with the same energy.
