Providing L2/L3 support, security hardening, production change management, and operational ownership of business-critical banking applications across Santander UK's infrastructure. Responsible for the stability, security, availability, and lifecycle management of applications running on IIS, BizTalk, Windows Server, SQL Server, and integration platforms. Investigation and resolution of complex application, infrastructure, and connectivity incidents. Root cause analysis involving middleware, databases, networking, firewall rules, certificates, and security configurations. Coordination of production releases, deployments, patching, certificate renewals, and infrastructure changes involving Development, DBA, Network, Security, and Cloud teams. Support for distributed banking applications running across multiple IIS servers, BizTalk environments, SQL Server databases, and high-availability infrastructures. Participation in 24x7 on-call rotations supporting critical incidents and emergency production changes. Creation of operational documentation, runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and onboarding material.

Provided Level 2 middleware and application support for INDITEX, managing incidents, service requests, and operational activities across UAT and Production environments on Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux platforms. Key responsibilities: Administration and support of middleware platforms and business-critical applications. Management of firewall and connectivity rules through Tufin. SSL/TLS certificate installation, renewal, and maintenance on IIS and Apache Tomcat environments. IBM MQ queue administration, troubleshooting, and operational support.

SAP user administration and access management. WebSphere JNDI configuration and maintenance. Infrastructure decommissioning and application lifecycle management activities. Incident investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution through BMC Remedy. Collaboration with infrastructure, network, security, and application teams to ensure service availability and operational stability. Participated in a large-scale Azure cloud migration program, performing lift and-shift (IaaS) migrations of business-critical applications from on-premises infrastructure to Microsoft Azure. Key responsibilities: Assessment of application dependencies and infrastructure requirements prior to migration. Deployment and configuration of Windows-based application environments in Azure. Management of IIS web servers, Windows services, SSL/TLS certificates, and application connectivity. Validation of application functionality following migration activities. Troubleshooting and resolution of infrastructure, middleware, and connectivity issues. Coordination with infrastructure, network, security, and application teams throughout migration projects. Support of production deployments and post-migration stabilization activities. Documentation of migration procedures, operational processes, and technical configurations.
