I am an industrial engineer and MBA with over 25 years of experience leading companies, analyzing investments, and executing growth plans in both the industrial and financial sectors. I am currently the General Manager and owner of Auténtica Piel S.L., a leather goods factory in Ubrique (Cádiz), specializing in the production of bags for accessible luxury brands throughout Europe. In 2024, I took full control of the company, acquiring a majority stake and reorganizing operational, financial, and commercial management.

The experience of acquiring, professionalizing, and scaling a company has given me a complete vision of the SME lifecycle: from pre-acquisition valuation to operational restructuring, financial control, and strategic development. This process has made me a particularly useful profile for other entrepreneurs or investors looking to buy, invest in, or improve companies with potential.

Throughout my career, I have advised third parties on company acquisitions and valuations, risk analysis, transaction structuring, and the design of financial roadmaps. I have a great ability to diagnose a company's economic health and identify levers for growth or operational efficiency, especially in environments where industrial production coexists with commercial and financial management.
