I guarantee the consistency of contracts, especially their operational annexes.

I initiate and organize, with the help of the Legal Department and/or Purchasing, contracts, amendments, and letters with service and/or license providers.

I participate in/supervise the drafting of contracts and their operational annexes.

I participate in mitigating contract risks and alerting on critical/major incidents with a global view of business relationships with the concerned suppliers. I ensure maximizing contract opportunities.

If necessary, I contact national and international regulatory bodies as well as professional associations in the relevant sector.
